We have been in Vancouver International Airport since 1994. Starting small with only 2 units, we now have over 30, and we are still growing! Presently, the HMS Vancouver team is comprised of 600+ people providing outstanding customer service to all visitors of the Airport.

Location: Vancouver International Airport, Richmond BC

Duties:

-Provide leadership, guidance to associates
-Ensure compliance in standards and policies, eg. cash handling, storage & inventories, audits.
-Provide the highest quality of service to internal/external customers
-Request supplies and equipment as needed/ receive inventory
-Ensure HMSHost /brand policies/procedures are maintained, incl. QA requirements
-Clean and sanitize work areas/equipment
-Upsell Purchases
-Grind coffee
-Operate cash register following HMS cash handling policy and procedures
-Assist customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee, drinks and whole bean sales
-Prepare and serve a variety of customer beverage orders/present and serve pastry items
-Carry out reasonable requests by management of which the associate is capable of performing.

Requirements:
- Must have previous Food and Beverage/Retail supervisory experience
- Experience working in a corporate atmosphere would be an asset
- Good Communication
- Team Player
- FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY –Associates who do not have early morning availability must be available until 12 am
