Process Engineer Sr. – Water & Wastewater


Over the years, water resource management, water supply and treatment, and wastewater management have been the cornerstones of my client engineering services.

An employee-owned, Canadian company, they provide a broad base of consulting engineering services in the water, environmental, infrastructure, and transportation sectors.

The Role:
Senior Water and Wastewater Process Engineer for their Burnaby office. You will participate in water and wastewater treatment and pumping station projects for public and private sector clients. Projects will include studies, modeling, assessments, reports, preliminary and detailed design, development of cost estimates and tenders, and construction management. This position has excellent opportunities for advancement.

Requirements:
The Candidate:
• An undergraduate degree in civil, environmental, chemical or mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
• Post-graduate degree in environmental engineering would be an asset.
• More than seven years experience in preliminary and detailed process design and construction management on water and wastewater projects.
• Professional registration with APEGGA.
• A strong background in process design and modelling as well as plant hydraulics.
• Strong written and oral communication and coordination skills.
