Job Description:
The Role:

As the BI Business Analyst you will be responsible for providing detailed Business analysis for Business Intelligence projects. You will gather business needs and translates those needs into functional specification for the projects. As the ideal candidate you will have the ability to produce deliverables such as requirements documents and translate business needs into functional requirements, as well as provide direction on principals and reporting requirements.

The Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Possess excellent documentation skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools
• Highly competent in the Business Intelligence space and capable of capturing extensive requirements
• Experience with different Business Intelligence methodologies ie. Kimball or Inmon
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
• Experience in the financial sector would be seen as an asset
• Experience in Agile Software Development
