Job Description:
Located in the lower mainland, our client has an immediate need for a performance oriented Civil Project Manager with a proven track record in the heavy civil construction industry or underground services. Background in excavation would be an asset.
• The successful candidate has several years working experience across a range of applications in the water and wastewater industry or related heavy industry.
• Competent in managing multiple projects from preliminary stages to substantial completion
• Proficient in preparation of firm tenders / design build projects
• Analytical and observational skills
• Ability to organize, direct, budgets, control cost and manage several complex engineering projects
• Five to Ten years experience in heavy civil construction
• Good Communication skills – written and verbal
• Education A.Sc T or P.Eng would be an asset.
• Completive salary / benefit package is available
