Catherine Ducharme is a principal at OutsideIN Communications, specializing inbranding and communications.

Catherine has over 25 years’ experience in brand development and corporate, marketing and internal communications serving a variety of companies in a range of industries. Since 2000 she’s successfully run her own corporate and marketing communications business and in 2006, co-founded Outsidein Communications. She’s passionate about branding from the inside out and believes a well defined brand is strategic asset.

Prior to her enprepreneurial foray Catherine served as Director of Corporate Communications for Genome BC, QLT, Dynapro Systems and MPR Tetech. She also served as Corporate Marketing Director, North America for international computer security company, Sophos.

Catherine is past president and founder of  the High Tech Communicators Exchange, a non-profit group  with over 520 members. The HTCE was established in 2001 and brings professionals together marketing and communications professionals to learn and network. Catherine is a sought after speaker and writes and speaks on inside-out branding, effective communications and networking.
