For your protection, Placement Group is the employer of record for all personnel assigned to our clients. We provide WCB coverage for all our temporary personnel. We’re also responsible for mandatory deductions including income tax, EI and CPP. We assume employer liability, eliminating any liabilities associated with the employment or termination of our personnel. This reduces the usual worries of hiring new staff.
